Open Arms is an organization that trains underprivileged and rescued young Cambodian people with practical skills.

Open Arms is a Christian Organization operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia; we are a registered Khmer Non-Government Organization.

Open Arms is a member of Chab Dai, working together to end sexual abuse and trafficking. 

Our Vision.

To see Cambodia young people reach their full potential Body, Soul and Spirit by empowering and equipping them with the love, knowledge and the training needed.

Our Mission Statement.

We as the directors of Open arms are committed to providing a loving and caring Christian environment for all those in our care; we will provide good food and medical care and a high standard of education.

Our vocational training centres will provide the young people of Cambodia with a high standard of training in all areas of their chosen field.

It has been our privilege to see many young people’s live turned around just through being loved and cared for.

Open Arms Objective.

  1. To alleviate poverty and promote sustainable development and capacity by improving gender equality, addressing unemployment and providing vocational learning opportunities for Cambodian people.
  2. Providing skills and training to young women (referred from partner organisations and from the community) to give then an alternative to working in the sex industry.
  3. Open Arms becomes financially sustainable through activities operations; Khmer staff equipped and educated, able to manage all Cambodian operations.

Social Enterprise.

We are a Social enterprise activities that is driven by a social environment purposes. The profits made are reinvested in training underprivileged and rescued young Cambodians. Open Arms only employs staff that have been trained in their centres or that come from underprivileged background.
